Inclusion starts with possibility.

Inclusion isn’t one person’s responsibility.

We all have a part to play.

We support schools, organisations and communities to build inclusive environments where everyone is seen, valued and able to thrive.

How a session works

Every session is built around activity stations

People choose how they take part. Nobody is asked to keep up with one fixed activity.

We adapt the activity to the people.

Rather than expecting people to adapt to the activity, we adapt the activity to the people taking part. That flexibility is what removes the barrier.

1

Inclusive Movement

Chair-based exercises, adapted physical activity, movement and wellbeing activities.

Children take part through playful, shorter movement activities. Young people and adults take part in longer or more structured sessions, seated or standing.

2

Communication, Media and Confidence

Podcasting, sports commentary, interviewing, storytelling, conversation and teamwork activities.

Younger participants engage through storytelling and games. Young people and adults take part in podcasting, interviewing and in-depth conversation.

3

Inclusive Games and Challenges

Adapted sports, team challenges, sensory and interactive games.

Children’s activities are kept simple and sensory-led. Young people and adults take part in adapted sports suited to their ability and confidence.

Guest Stations

Mat Richards, founder of Inclus-ability North West
Why I started this

As a child, I was often excluded from PE because of my disability.

That experience shaped my mission: to make sure no one feels left out the way I did. I started Inclus-ability to create real belonging through inclusive activity, media and technology.
